When do you ship orders?


Orders are shipped early in the week to avoid delays over the weekend. We do not ship during freezing temperatures or extreme heat (above 25 °C at our location).

Can I choose the delivery date?


We do not offer scheduled delivery, but you’ll receive tracking once your order is shipped so you can follow it in real-time.

What if my insects arrive dead (DOA)?


We only offer guarantees or compensation for DOA (Dead on Arrival) if next-day delivery was possible and successfully achieved. Otherwise, we cannot be held responsible.

Do you ship internationally?


Yes! We ship within Belgium and internationally via UPS and bpost.

Why are so many products out of stock?

We list everything we are currently breeding on our website, even if it’s not available for sale at the moment. This way, you can get an overview of the species we are working with and know what may become available in the future. Many of our insects are bred in limited quantities, so items can sell out quickly. If something is out of stock, it will likely be available again once our next generation is ready.
