Live Arrival Guarantee

• Only valid for next-day delivery orders, where this option was both available and selected
• If the delivery takes longer than one day due to delay, the guarantee is void
• Claims must be made within 12 hours after delivery
• Proof must include clear photo or video of the dead animals in sealed packaging
• No compensation for late claims, poor unpacking, unsuitable temperatures at the receiver’s side, or ordering errors

Returns & Cancellations

• Live animals cannot be returned
• Accessories can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
• Orders cannot be cancelled before shipping
