Live Arrival Guarantee
- Only valid for next-day delivery orders, where this option was both available and selected
- If the delivery takes longer than one day due to delay, the guarantee is void
- Claims must be made within 12 hours after delivery
- Proof must include clear photo or video of the dead animals in sealed packaging
- No compensation for late claims, poor unpacking, unsuitable temperatures at the receiver’s side, or ordering errors
Returns & Cancellations
- Live animals cannot be returned
- Accessories can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
- Orders cannot be cancelled before shipping
