Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within Belgium and internationally using UPS and bpost
• Live animals are only shipped when weather conditions are suitable at our location
• No shipping takes place if temperatures are below 3°C (heatpacks don't work properly under 3°C)  or exceed 25°C at the sender’s location
• The buyer is responsible for checking local temperatures before ordering
• Shipping only takes place Monday or Tuesday to avoid packages being stuck in transit at weekend days.
