It is appreciated for its compact size, smooth body segments, and subtle color contrasts, often displaying earth tones with pale banding. Due to its rarity and calm nature, it is a desirable species for collectors of miniature diplopods.

These millipedes are small, discreet, and relatively easy to maintain, making them suitable for both beginner and experienced keepers interested in microfauna.

Humidity: High; keep substrate evenly moist with occasional light misting
Diet: Decaying plant material, soft fruits, vegetables, and calcium-rich sources
