is a naturally occurring species from Thailand, known for its striking blue-silver coloration and smooth, rounded body shape. It is one of the more beginner-friendly species within the Cubaris genus, valued for its hardiness and attractive appearance.
These isopods are medium-sized, active, and breed well under stable conditions, making them suitable for both novice and experienced keepers.
Environment: Tropical setup with moist substrate, bark, moss, and leaf litter
Humidity: Moderate to high; maintain moist conditions with some ventilation
Diet: Decaying leaves, soft vegetables, protein (e.g. fish flakes), and a calcium source
